What are the best aspects of this product?

I would seriously find it hard to believe that there could be another web host better than them! The hosting is cheap and the packages are amazing - if you need web hosting you cannot go wrong with Hostwinds hosting. I've been here for over a year and a half, have recommended two friends to join, and have absolutely zero qualms with the outstanding service!
