What are the best aspects of this product?

I tried most of the hosting services online, and every time I find a new problem like delaying of responding to my tickets, unprofessional customer support, a lot of missing features, it is my first time to find a hosting service that provides very fast response I can assume that they are preparing their replies before I open my ticket, they are very very professional they know every single detail on the server and they send a very detailed reply.
I am really happy dealing with Hostwinds, really regretting these days that I spent using other hosting services before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
