What are the best aspects of this product?

My site has never been down. I have used their technical support many times. They actually listen to what your whole problem is, and not just picking out the keywords they need to hear to get you off the Skype ASAP. Hostwinds servers are fairly stable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They offer instant setup - no prepayment - this is cool!
