What are the best aspects of this product?

I find Hostwinds' website and their cpanel clear and easy to navigate - this makes selecting the right products and services fast and easy and time is money so being able to quickly perform needed tasks enables me to use my time efficiently. Highly recommend Hostwinds and in fact have to many times over.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never faced any issues using them.
