What are the best aspects of this product?

I've used other hosts before but they're the best so far! Customer service reps are very helpful and very quick to respond. Also supports CRM installation too, it's just super awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I'm worried about is that sometimes when I access the software, it shows an error page that says database problem or something. But I just refresh the page then it's all good. Apart from that, I've got no other problems at all - highly recommended!
