What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using Hostwinds for a good chunk of my hosting for Creative and associated websites. Their support, is to be plainly blunt, is the best I've encountered. In nearly 6 years now I've not had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply to my email support inquiries - fast, accurate and issues resolved very quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't stress what a pleasure it is to work with Hostwinds.
