What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds has been nothing but great. Everything has worked great from day one. When I've needed help, tech support is local (USA), knowledgeable and professional. Any issues I've had, which mostly stem from SSL expirations, have been solved within hours. They've also been helpful managing my server as I am not confident in my skills when it comes to that. If you take responsibility for your own work, Hostwinds is the place to be.
