The customer service is excellent! I expect a fast resolution to my requests for assistance and haven’t been disappointed when dealing with Hostwinds. The best deal for the money I have come across. Great tech support and customer service! Fair and honest people running this show.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pricing is a bit high. Please reduce a little bit.
