What are the best aspects of this product?

They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competitive and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing. They were also able to direct me to several well written white papers that detailed the tasks I was working with. The pricing is quite cheap, especially when you order hosting plan with a coupon.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
