What are the best aspects of this product?

I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick hosting solution. Hostwinds helped me set up WordPress and have auto-installers for many open source CMS and other tools. I am a webmaster and have had many hosts over the years, none of them stood behind what they said. This web host does.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have impressed me so much over the past 7 months that I have given up my dedicated server and use them exclusively.
