What are the best aspects of this product?

In 10 years of dealing with web hosting providers I have never encountered tech support as polite, hardworking, committed, and patient as these guys. My hosting account has many resources and features. There is even a good number of third party web applications (forums, CMS), all popular applications. I would recommend Hostwinds to any webmaster who needs to develop his/her online business without serious troubles.
