What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, after a few months with Hostwinds I can say servers are great and very reliable. They have additional RAID 10 - it means that each of their servers has 4 disks which are both mirrored and striped. Really good SSD hosting provider that goes the extra mile to help their customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I highly recommend their SSD hosting to others.
