Hostwinds is an Amazing host for people hosting anything from a personal/E-Commerce site, to a business site. They provide all tools needed for a great website. Personally, I've never had a problem with hostwinds and whenever I had a question, I got a solution.
Their prices are unbeatable for that type of quality. They have many plugins such as Wordpress.
