What are the best aspects of this product?

I have only signed up for a month because sometimes host companies can be sketchy. Hostwinds is great. They are very easy to contact and pleasant in resolving issues. They also call you upon activating your account to welcome you to the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues.
