What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't thank Hostwinds SSD Hosting enough for all the help, including free hosting for our charity website and all the vital support and information. Hostwinds assisted me in moving my installation to the top level instead of the subdirectory that I originally installed to. In the process of trying to fix this myself, I mucked up a few important files. And now everything is fixed!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You know that expert help is only a friendly phone call away and as this is my first website I couldn't ask for better assistance. All the problems were solved.
