Hostwinds is really good enough.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The price has always been more than reasonable for what I'm getting.. and they can quote me on that too. I try to make it a point to say thank Hostwinds as opportunities present for a couple reasons. First, because something like tech support can be a thankless job.. and secondly because it's well deserved and I appreciate it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems. The services provided give me a lot of freedom to do what I want
