What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used Hostwinds for both corporate and personal servers for a little over 5 years now. Compared to the variety of other hosting options I have used in the past (other dedicated hosts, VPS solutions, single domain shared hosts), Hostwinds beats them hands down, every time. I rarely have to contact support, but when I do it's usually because I screwed something up, and they are always quick to respond and resolve issues. Hostwinds is worth every penny.
