What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Resolving the problem is very slowly, but it's not a critical. Critical situation is losing the user's data
I use Hostwinds about a year. Last week they had a hardware failure and they can't recovered data. We lost all data (DB and files) for a week.
It's terrible.
ISP support answer: "I am sorry to say that after the hardware failure we are forced to recover the server from an internal image. We could have helped you in this if you have a local backup prior to the failiure"
