What are the best aspects of this product?

Features are very good... and they increased space and bandwidth for free 3 months ago - this is great. I like this caring web host, I'm happy with hostwinds hosting. Tech support staff is generally helpful and also knowledgeable - probably the best of any hosting company I've experienced so far.
