What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm transferring my hosting account to FastComet. James was really excellent on the Chat - walked me all the way through and helped me wherever I had a problem. He joined the chat immediately and stayed online for about 2 hours, while I learned my way through the hosting account and cpanel and got a few domains transferred and up and running. That was my choice to do my own domains - James pointed me to their tech department that was ready to do the free transfers if I wanted that. I am 100% satisfied right now. Thank you!
