What are the best aspects of this product?

I can definitely say that they are the most professional, understanding, and hard-working host I've ever come across from my years of experience developing websites. I think the deciding factor, after price, features, and reputation, was that Hostwinds is US-based. Servers are stable and fast, support is very professional! They are always helpful and friendly no matter how simple or complex my questions are.
