I am glad and happy to deal with Hostwinds

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have several domains hosted at Hostwinds for several months and have only had 1 outage. I just wish they had an upgrade path to a business plan, as the basic hosting can be slow some times. They have great customer support. I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes for one month. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really hope the rest of the support team is like this.
