I am happy and enjoy using this decent hosting

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been through a number of different hosting providers, but not one of them in the past like Hostwinds web host. They were very responsive, professional, and handled all items with excellent knowledge.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The service is excellent.
