What are the best aspects of this product?

I know I'm not good at properly describing tech issues, but they always tend to find the understand and way to solve the issue. They have great polite staff and that is why I was pleased to communicate with them. My site is running fast - my visitors and I are happy. They also have support for a lot of extra features that many hosts don't – Ruby on Rails in particular.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
