What are the best aspects of this product?

I highly recommend Hostwinds. Andy Hale was professional, knew precisely the solution to my problem and solved it quickly. I am very happy with his customer service. I would recommend Hostwinds to anyone and have, because all of their customer service staff that I have dealt with, (and it's been a lot) have been excellent. I also like the user interface and am happy with Hostwinds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
