What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds have a super human intersupport. I have needed to ask questions on multiple occasions and each time they have been quick, knowledgable and polite. Lucas served me today via the excellent Live Chat service and he was all of the above. I couldn't recommend them more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Have never had problems using them.
