What are the best aspects of this product?

I can also add that Hostwinds network and server uptime are great - cos my sites are running fast and always up. The tech support team get double thumbs up - they helped me with setup, explaining everything in a polite manner, and the thing is that they work 24/7.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Now I have all I need and even more!
