What are the best aspects of this product?

Last night I had to do a chat to resolve my technical issues with my website. They responded quickly. The rep was very patient to try to understand what I needed. The tone of the chat conversation was kind too so I feel the rep cared about my technical issue, which I feel is just as important!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no issues having a deal with them.
