What are the best aspects of this product?
None. I have used four services in 5 years with them and they are terrible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have called Hostwinds 4 times in the last 48 hours and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor about my service problems. They say they do not "transfer to supervisors". I have requested four times to speak with the COO, Michael Brower and he will not call me back. I have also spoken to Jamie Lewis (in billing) and Kyle Diablo (in technical support) and they will not call me or transfer me to a supervisor.
