What are the best aspects of this product?

Contacted Hostwinds tech support to set up certain settings, but they were very willing to do so, and they did it promptly upon request. I appreciate their proactive stance on security on the server. Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime. Most questions can be answered on their forums just by doing a quick search.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Add more payments options and server locations please.
