What are the best aspects of this product?

I am a new customer with Hostwinds. I left my previous hosting provider because of their horrendous customer service. Hostwinds has been far easier to work with, their instructions are clear and where I have had a dilemma, they are very responsive, informed and kind. I highly recommend this company.
