What are the best aspects of this product?

I began with Hostwinds shared hosting when all I needed was a simple vanity page. Then I added a busy phpBB forum. Since then, I've upgraded my hosting package and began hosting video and other multimedia content. Fantastic hosting provider: uptime 100%, fast support team, fast servers! They're awesome and so extremely helpful to any webmaster or newbie who needs support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
