I must say their service is great with what I need

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been with Hostwinds a few months but am always getting surprised as to how fast responses are to my questions and how friendly all of their staff is. Very helpful and friendly staff are only the beginning! I find the longer I'm with them the more I enjoy their hosting especially seeing how a few of my buddies are always complaining about the place hosted with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The level of service provided at such affordable prices is astonishing. Thank you, Hostwinds team!
