What are the best aspects of this product?

I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had with Hostwinds hosting provider. Although in the beginning, he could not find my file, it turned out that it was my fault for not giving him the main domain name. He was able to help me within 5 minutes of an issue I had been struggling with for the last hour and a half. Thanks, Hostwinds for having a really knowledgeable group of support staff 24/7.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Now that I am in Warsaw, I really appreciate being able to reach someone despite the time difference.
