What are the best aspects of this product?

Using their services since almost a year now and what I really like is the 24/7 support. What I need the most is the assistance concerning very technical matters and they are doing a wonderful job on that part so fire. Hostwinds: please keep investing in your customer department and I will stay with you for life.
