What are the best aspects of this product?
NEVER ONCE have I had any problems with Customer services, their 24/7 support is excellent, I've had a few issues to start with, but within an hour it was all sorted by email. I would highly recommend them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be good to have more discounts on their attractive services.
