What are the best aspects of this product?

Great service, good people. I am 100% satisfied with Hostwinds uptime, speed, and customer support. This decent hosting provider does seem to have some issues with customer service and tech support, however, I would expect that this is mainly due to the lack of customer calls that are taken as the service is intuitive and quite easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You will make right choice if you decide host your site with them.
