What are the best aspects of this product?

I must say the support at Hostwinds is outstanding and the techs do know what they are doing. My biggest concern while hosting on a shared host is if my sites will be safe from any security exploits or bugs in the applications which are used on the host. All these fears have disappeared with the servers being managed efficiently by the techs at Hostwinds and added to the fact the hosting Servers are super fast. I should thank Hostwinds for the immediate actions taken in managing the recent security exploits.
