What are the best aspects of this product?

I was referred to hostwinds by a friend who's extremely fussy about her web hosting companies, so I trusted her judgment.
I'm glad I did too because these guys are fantastic. I've needed to use customer support several times since I'm not exactly skilled with creating websites or navigating through the setup process. Both the chat options and the customer support phone number have been immensely helpful - and I never had to wait long for either.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are problems with them.
