What are the best aspects of this product?

I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. As for Hostwinds network uptime, I've never experienced any major downtime apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. Low price barrier to entry and high end support, that's the whole hosting package from one provider!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
