What are the best aspects of this product?

I am happy to say I have finally found the one with the best customer service there is: Hostwinds. They're like the Amazon (in customer service) of hosting, and special props to Ben for not only just directing me to some tutorial, but actually doing the specific actions for optimizations for my account, without much talk, just pure action and I'm very happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no problems.
