IMHO, Hostwinds is a very professional web hosting provider

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds tech support is extremely fast. I have gotten responses to my e-mails not even 5 minutes later. After checking though SSH, I see they are being honest about that, and I appreciate their pro-active stance on security on the server. I am impressed by the great availability of payments integration is also much easier and better to set up than on my previous host.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Excellent customer service. I can't rave enough about them.
