What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks for being online 24 hrs a day 365 days a week. I love Hostwinds tech support. The best thing is notice is "their Support is proactive" when I was out of the city and my domain name was going to expire. They proactively called me on my cell and informed me that I should renew my domain Asap.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Best hosting plans and support I have ever seen.
