Ben was incredibly helpful and extremely patient with my questions. Truly a pleasure to not be rushed or hurried on a chat especially when it takes a bit more time to formulate questions in a way that the support person can understand. Reminds of the days I worked with tech support - when agents really loved helping customers solve problems patiently .
