In total, I have opened up over 20 tickets with them and all have been answered in under either 10 minutes or 2 minutes. I must say Hostwinds is a Fantastic Web Host and usually manages to answer support tickets in 10 minutes or less. So if you want to "set it and forget it" these are the dependable, trustworthy people you're looking for.
