What are the best aspects of this product?

Their Customer Support responds so quickly. I was expecting my email to be answered in a week but they were able to respond within the day. My problem with SSL certificate they resolved without my help. I'm just new to Hostwinds but I've already started loving their service. Hope you keep this "Make the customer happy" attitude. More power Hostwinds.
