What are the best aspects of this product?

Response time is amazing, and the guys stick with you and your problem if needed. I am a software developer but know little of the intricacies of running a hosting server. Support gets 11 out of 10 for me! They offer a superb personal service with exceptionally quick response times. I'm really glad I've moved to Hostwinds shared hosting account!
