What are the best aspects of this product?

We were looking for a new ecommerce web host when we stumbled across Hostwinds. The pricing of the dedicated servers caught our eye and after two lengthy and detailed communications we took the plunge. Being total novices the technical support is very thorough and all our questions were answered. Any issues we came across were resolved and they fixed everything that our developer asked of them including setting up our emails and SSL certificates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no problems using them.
