What are the best aspects of this product?

For the price, you get an unbelievable amount of disk space and monthly bandwidth. I have never had any downtime at all since I joined. I am a science teacher so the best part of this is that all their servers are run very fast. As for Hostwinds speed connectivity, it is pretty fast. Great host.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Uptime is 99.99% - great plus for them.
