What are the best aspects of this product?

I've always found Hostwinds web host to be fast and efficient and as I seldom bother to write reviews you can assume that I am still very impressed to be doing so now. Sites are always up and run as fast. All of my support tickets are responded to within one hour, so you can be assured of a timely response and quick resolution to your issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe more server locations would work fine.
